im addicted to CSI:miami.

to complete the cast:

i will effort to watch from the beginning. as of now they are on their season 7. i have a lot of catching-up to do. im still in season 1.

finally i found the registration message of my blogdrive account. i forgot my username and my password for not opening my blog for 1yr and 3mos. i cannot imagine that that i almost forgot that i have a blog. FLOP!

i almost forgot to write what happened during my birthday last Aug. 19.
well its not that really exciting but for me it was. my birthday was peaceful as i have always wanted. no beer. no food (grabe kaau sah kay wa jud food). i was with my mine during that special day of my life. we got to go the church together. we ate in mcDo. its not really fabulous but i am contented with that. my close friends gave me a card. it was funny because the only food we offered was a bread and a softdrink. but they didnt mind. i just want to thank lucky rozanne and arpee. you are really are my true friends. thank you thank you!
belated happy birthday to me!. im 20 already! im not a teenager anymore!. huhuhuh!....

quite for 2 months

i can't believe na 2 months wala na ko'y update2x sa akong blog. dili naman gud kaayo ko mag-internet maong dili na ko ka update sa akong blog. boring na nuon kaayo ang akong blog. pero this past 2 months, daghan kaayong mga panghitabo sa akong life. first of all sa akong lovelife, nasakpan na jud hinuon ko sa akong inahan nga kami na jud sa akong boylet. it was my dirty little secret pero karon dili na kay daghan naman ang nakabalo. pero okay ra bahala sila unsa ilang ikasulti nako, wala koi pakialam sa mga istorya nila kay dili sila ang nagpakaon nako. wala man gani mabuhat akong inahan sila na bah. anyways, let's not talk about my lovelife kay sakit lang sad na sa ulo. c",)

this past few weeks, i can't get my head straight. so many interruptions happening to me. nagLibog na ko kung unsaon akong buhaton. feel nako kulang ko sa guidance. wala nako kasabot sa akong kaugalingon. ang akong inahan sige lang ug duda nako. gidudahan pa ko niya nga mag drugs na?!. d ka malain?! iya daw ko ipa drugtest. maglagot ko nga makatawa maghuna-huna niya. mother, i still have my sanity para mo sud jud ko anang butanga. everytime nga mag-away mi sa akong inahan, ma-miss na ko akong papa. pero past is past, dili na nako mabalik ang panahon sa buhi pa ang akong papa. God may his soul rest in peace. :(

i think i have a bipolar disorder. and i feel that its getting worse each day's passing. so i searched about the disorder and this is what they say :

What is bipolar disorder?

Bipolar disorder (also called manic-depressive disorder) is an illness that causes extreme mood changes that alternate between manic episodes of abnormally high energy and the extreme lows of depression.

Bipolar disorder may cause behavior so severe that you may not be able to function at work, in family or social situations, or in relationships with others. Some people with bipolar disorder become suicidal.

What causes bipolar disorder?

The cause of bipolar disorder is not completely understood, but the disorder runs in families and may also be affected by your living environment or family situation. An imbalance of chemicals in the brain is another possible cause.

What are the symptoms?

During a manic episode, you may be abnormally happy, energetic, or irritable for a week or more. You may spend a lot of money, get involved in dangerous activities, and sleep very little. After a manic episode, you may return to normal, but your mood may swing in the opposite direction to feelings of sadness, depression, and hopelessness.
